1. General Mexil Global Market Services is a 100% online company based in the USA. We serve retail and wholesale customers in the USA, Canada, France, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.
2. Products & Inventory We do not stock inventory. All products are sourced specifically per order. Product availability is subject to supplier stock.
3. Orders & Payment
- All payments are made securely on our website only — mexilglobalmarket.com
- Only 2 authorized administrators are permitted to process payments
- We do NOT accept Wire Transfers or Cash App
- Invoices and purchase contracts are provided for all orders
- Wholesale orders require quote approval before payment
4. Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days due to high demand.
5. Shipping
- USA products: 10–15 business days after processing
- International/China orders: 25–45 business days after processing
- Wholesale shipping costs are quoted within 24 hours of request
6. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Refunds or replacements only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
8. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, supplier delays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
