RETURN & REFUND POLICY + ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Because we source products specifically per order, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence:

Order Cancellation

  • Retail orders: Cancel within 24 hours of placement
  • Wholesale orders: Cancel within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as sourcing may have already begun
  • Approved cancellations receive a full refund within 5–7 business days
