Customers must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order to report any issue. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is approved.
Wholesale, China, and Factory-Sourced Orders
Wholesale orders, China-sourced products, and factory-sourced items are handled through WhatsApp and are considered special-order requests.
Because these orders may involve sourcing, supplier confirmation, product purchasing, and shipping arrangements, cancellations or refunds may only be reviewed if the order has not yet been processed, purchased, or shipped.
Once a wholesale, China, or factory-sourced order has been processed or purchased from the supplier, the order may be considered final and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping fees, service-related costs, sourcing fees, and completed special-order requests may not be refundable once processing has started.
