How the Quote Process Works
1. The customer contacts us on WhatsApp and requests the catalog or sends the product they are interested in.
2. The customer tells us the quantity they want and the delivery location.
3. Mexil Global Market Services checks product availability, pricing, minimum order quantity, and supplier details.
4. We prepare a custom quote for the customer.
5. Shipping costs may take up to 24 hours to calculate, depending on the product, quantity, supplier, shipping method, and destination.
6. Once the quote is ready, the customer receives the total cost, including product price and shipping.
7. The customer reviews and approves the quote.
8. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
9. After payment is received, we begin processing the order with the supplier or fulfillment source.
10. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Payment
For quote-based orders, customers pay one total amount after the quote is approved. This total may include the product cost, shipping cost, and any applicable service or processing fees.
Orders are not processed, reserved, or shipped until payment is received.
